What this site collects

Only what you type into the scheduling form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you selected, when you prefer to be reached, and anything you write in the message box. There is no advertising tracking on this site and your information is never sold.

What it is used for

To contact you about the conversation you requested, and to keep a record of our work together in the practice’s own client system. If you become a client, the information you share is used to evaluate and service your coverage and accounts, and is shared with insurance carriers, custodians, or the broker-dealer only as needed to do that work or as the law requires.

What not to send

Please do not put Social Security numbers, account numbers, dates of birth, or medical records into the website form or in email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. When information like that is needed, I will send you a secure way to provide it.

Stopping contact

Ask, and it stops. Reply to any email, call (941) 879-6630, or write to [email protected], and I will remove you from all outreach. Records required to be retained by insurance and securities regulation are kept for the periods those rules require, and nothing more.
